Busy, Busy, Busy!

Ok- here is a recap of our busy week:
We got the girls pictures back from their "editor" (aka Tiff) and they are too cute NOT to share with everyone! Their cute dresses are gifts from their Aunt Christa.  They just ooze sweetness!
We also had the family over to Papa and Ninny's for the 4th of July and lit fireworks until midnight!  The day started with a Star 4th of July parade and Lucy had fun running out and filling her bag with candy :)  She also got to wear blue eye shadow and mascara that day, just like her mommy! It stays light in Boise until 10:30 at night and warm all night too so we had a late night and an EARLY morning! Lucy was up at 4am....hooray for us....She is such a child of routine.  If she gets too far off, it's very hard on her.  Piper slept through the loud fireworks because we had 3 sound machines next to her head to block out the noise :) The fireworks made Lucy a little nervous because they were SO LOUD (the neighbors put on a huge show every year).  But she sat in our car in the driveway and watched from there and loved them that way.  It was fun to be around all the little kids and watch their excitement that night.

The next morning we stuck with tradition and went to breakfast for my Dad's 50th birthday.  We didn't ride our bikes to the restaurant this year because of our girls, but the rest of the family did and it was fun to be back here to celebrate with him.  Especially for #50! That's huge! It was a happy day.

This week we introduced Lucy to the neighbors horses.  She had fun talking to them, but was a little hesitant to touch and feed them.  You should hear her noise she makes when she imitates a horse. She's stinkin' cute.

Today was little Evelyn's blessing and she looked so cute and was awake but quiet through the whole thing.  I am so happy I was here to listen to Papa's sweet words.  I'm thankful for my family :)

Here are a few more random pictures throughout the week.  Lucy planted her own little flower garden and it may have been one of the cutest things I've ever seen her do. She was SO proud of her creation and after she "planted" each flower she clapped and said "YAY!" I love that little girl of mine!
I got to babysit Russell Muscle and he cuddled with me for a LONG time!
My biggest sweetheart! Good Morning Mommy! Sorry I am up at night a lot these days....

Hope everyone had a fun holiday week! Until next time.....
