Happy Autism Awareness Day! We have a special place in our hearts for little kiddos struggling with Autism and we always love to show our support to the Autism community by wearing our Blue on April 2nd! Today was a BEAUTIFUL day up here in Coeur d'Alene and we took advantage by walking the Centennial Trail and feeding geese and Seagulls. They're finding their way back up North and Lucy's been itching to go. We love walking/running along the lake on that trail. I wish I could stay here forever!
Thanks to everyone who "lit it up" today by wearing Blue and showing support to some extra special people with the biggest hearts out there.
My walk this morning (on the right). SO BEAUTIFUL! I am blessed to live in such a gorgeous city.
What good is a blog post without messy pictures of the girls eating?! These are courtesy of Nana Smidt's Chocolate Bundt Cake! MMMmmmmmm.....
A few more of my lovely little ladies in their Sunday Best :)
Big Sis / Lil Sister. Cutest Sisters in the Universe! |
I love both of my daughter's profiles. Such beautys.
Mr. Lux. Notice the shaved Tummy below? It's kinda covered and hard to see....Poor Guy....
Went to the White House with Janet, Kelsey, Mandy, Sherene, Nana and Callie Smidt (sometimes I really miss my old last name!) And Felicia Bates, who I met and she's awesome. The dinner was AMAZING and the company was even better. I love living by the Smidt's again! It's been SO much fun! I walked into Lucy's room yesterday to hear her talking on her play phone to Ninny :) |
SUNSHINE AND LAUGHTER!
Sister kisses!
I love this blog post! I miss those sweet girls so much! Super excited to see them soon. They are absolutely adorable. I can feel their childlike joy in their simple life experiences through these pictures.
ReplyDeleteCoeur d' Alene is so beautiful. My favorite thing that I miss the most (besides the people) is the Centennial Trail along the lake. I had some tranquil moments there and it always made me happy. Such beauty.
