Pumpkin Patching

We went to the Pumpkin Patch and did all the things you do at a pumpkin patch: we saw BIG pumpkins and little pumpkins, we rode around the Apple Orchard/ Pumpkin Patch in little cows (carts) pulled by a big tractor, we ate yummy "Apple Cider" doughnuts fresh off the line at the little cafe there, and best of all we fed Pigs, Donkeys and Goats!  That was the most entertaining part.  Watching the little piglets and goats jump around and run over to where we could feed them was hilarious.  We all laughed so hard watching them and Shawn and I loved it as much as the girls did!  I love feeding animals.  It's so much fun!  We had to drive about 25 minutes to get to this Pumpkin Patch, but the scenery was breathtaking and made the drive worth every second.  SOoooooOOOOoooo gorgeous.  I love Fall in New England.  There's nothing like it!
And just in case you're wondering why Piper's gloves aren't on properly....I'll give you a hint: She's 2.  She can DO IT HERSELF!!
Most of the pictures I took were through my car windshield as we were driving.  I feel so blessed to live in this BEAUTIFUL world; all of this wonder is minutes from my house!  It brings millions of tourists, but it's so incredible!  True beauty, that's for sure.  Someday when we leave here, I will so miss our Autumn beauty.

Watermelon Seeds

Lucy started Pre-School!  She is in heaven 2 days a week and her teachers were shocked when I told them she's never been to preschool before.  They said she is perfect and acts like she's already used to a classroom setting.  Go Lucy!

Her class, the Pre-K class, is called the Melons :)  The younger class is called the Seeds, then the Melons, then the Vines.

It's a super cute preschool and her teacher, Mrs. Lena, is just SOOOO sweet.  We love it!
I am not sure why my hair looks so YELLOW in this picture (it's not even very blonde! I haven't done anything to it in over a month but for whatever reason it turned out super-blonde in this!).  But I love this picture because without me even telling her to, Lucy placed her little hand on my belly.  She does this ALL the time.  She loves her little brother so much already; her hands are constantly on my belly and she is always singing to him, talking to him, kissing my belly, praying for him, etc.  It's the sweetest thing ever.
As Lucy and Piper were saying their "goodbyes," Lucy said to Piper "Pi Baby, I will MISS you when I go to preschool today."

Can't believe I have a PRE-SCHOOLER!  Kindergarten is next! Yikes!
