Sully's First Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was spent in Louisiana this year.  As always, I LOVE it when my babies get to spend any time with any cousins so even though I missed my Boise family, I was happy to see my littles with our Louisiana Family :)
Sully stole the show that night.  He looked SO handsome for his First Thanksgiving!!
The thing I am MOST Thankful for, above all else, is this. #MyTribe #MyHeart#HappyThanksgiving
Love this man of mine.
LAST LSU GAME OF THE SEASON! (Unless they go to a Bowl Game)
Poor Lu. She didn't feel well here. The night before, she threw up 5 times and on Thanksgiving she was still a little feverish and weak.  But she woke up that morning saying "I'm SO glad I'm better and I didn't have to miss Thanksgiving!"  She's such a sweet girl.  And she loves her cousin Peyton.  They are only 1 1/2 years apart so they're buddies.  He's in 1st grade and she's in Kindergarten. (BTW- NO ONE else caught her bug!!! A miracle for sure!)
The only 2 boy cousins. Peyton LOVES Sully. It's super sweet.
You can't see all of us, but we filled an entire row at the movie Trolls! It was THE BEST movie ever.

Shawn and I got to go on a little date- and we chose to go shooting :)
A quick summary of the 4 days we were there: PawPaw got a hibachi grill that entertained everyone, we had a big Thanksgiving dinner that started early so that we could be done eating by 6 when the LSU game was set to begin, Christa and I went Black Friday Shopping at 11pm later that night, on Friday we all went to see Trolls, and on Saturday we came home.  Home sweet home.... And this time, our heater worked, haha! The last 2 times we went to Louisiana in the Winter, we came home to a house in the teens where we could see our breath with no hot water and no heat (with 2 little girls!).  It was a blessing to come home to a warm house. I am SO thankful to live in Oklahoma!

Now that it's December 1st we have started "The Calendar"!  The first pocket had a note in it for the kids to find their gift (hidden in my bathroom).  On the 1st of December I always give them new Christmas PJs so that they can wear them all month long. The rest of the gifts are just little trinkets but we always start off with a good one.
Here we go guys: it truly is, one THOUSAND percent, the BEST time of the year! Happy Holiday's Everyone!

*P.S. One last thing. Mr. Man hit the 9 month mark. This is how I feel about you turning 9 months old too, buddy😭 9 months in, 9 months out. This one is a killer for me because the world has now carried you longer than I carried you. Makes me cry to see my last baby grow up so fast. If I could keep you a baby forever and always, I would. 😢*
Oh wait! This really IS the last thing, but I'd feel bad if I didn't mention it: Donuts for Dads at Lu's school one morning. She requested to dress fancy for her "date" with Daddy👍🏼❤️
Ok December, here we gooooo!
